The audio guide system was created to enhance the visitor experience by providing them with a personal guide’s narration directly on their phone. Upon arriving at the exhibition, a visitor can scan a QR code that directs them to the museum’s internal web page. This page contains audio recordings that can be listened to in sequence.
The audio guide recordings were also created for tactile (touch) exhibits, meaning that museum visitors with visual impairments can listen to the narration by touching a basrelief of a painting or a sculpture of a former president. For greater convenience, headphones are integrated next to the tactile exhibits.
The creation of this audio guide system allows visitors to explore the museum’s exhibits and spaces independently, without the need to purchase additional equipment.
