The visitor centre was developed from the initial creative concept to full installation and readiness for public engagement.
The space features a variety of unique installations, including a 360-degree projection system and a sound control console that allows visitors to compose different forest animal sounds. Guests also have the opportunity to explore the history of Verkiai Palace, presented through transparent glass technology. By answering questions correctly, they can uncover a hidden treasure.
The “Ludwig’s Treasure” installation uses a complex system of interactive sensors and microcomputers. When all questions are answered correctly, the safe doors open automatically.
Since the visitor centre is part of a nature park, the use of plastics was minimized. Nearly all materials used are renewable or biodegradable.
