In collaboration with the Zarasai Regional Museum, a virtual reality (VR) experience was integrated into its branch, the Stelmužė Museum. The installation features a unique 16-minute VR animation. The theme of the animation is the history of Stelmužė Manor — from the earliest times of the Teutonic Knights to World War II.
The VR animation was created using numerous 3D models, animated characters, and period-specific scenes, allowing viewers to explore various environments and closely examine the exterior architecture of buildings, interior decorative elements, and the ornate attire of the nobility.
The animation is available in both Lithuanian and English. To present the VR clip, next-generation Oculus Quest headsets were used, which require no additional cable connections.
